DEATH ANNOUNCEMENT

 INNA LILLAHI WA INNA ILAYHI RAJIOON

"To Allah we belong, and to Him is our return." (Al-Baqarah 2:156)

It is with sadness that we share the news of the demise of Alhajj Mohamed Kassam Dewji (MAMA) who passed away In Dar es Salaam on Tuesday, 2nd March 2021.

MARHUM was the FATHER of Sidikka Karim, Kassim Dewji, Sakina Datoo, Fatim Patel and Kumail Dewji. MARHUM was the FATHER IN LAW OF Prof Karim Manji, Salma Dewji, Dr.Zainul Datoo, Sameer Patel and Sajida Dewji.

NAMAAZ E MAYYIT WILL BE PRAYED AT KSIJ KABRASTAN.

Burial will be held today 02/03/2021 after Maghribain prayers.

Covid-19 Restrictions apply.


 
May Almighty Allah rest Marhum's departed soul in eternal peace in Jannah and give the family the fortitude to bear this monumental loss - Ameen.

First Rakaat: After Sura al-Fateha, recite Ayatul Kursi 1 time.
Second Rakaat:  After Sura al-Fateha, recite Sura al-Qadr 10 times.

Namaaz Hadiya Mayyit
First Rakaat: After Sura al-Fateha, recite Sura al-Qadr 1 time.
Second Rakaat:  After Surah al-Fateha, recite Surah Al Kawthar 1 time.
